The first 365 days of the operations and maintenance is $0 for proposed solution. For each application, the go-live date shall serve as the beginning of this 365-day period. Each additional year shall be 10% of the final build and migration cost. Rates will be reviewed annually. Examples of items that Supplier can assist with include: ● Parking Lot Items ● Deployments ● Release Cycle Management ● Technical Oversight and Consultation ● General Maintenance ● Production Bug Fixes Monthly Hosting Supplier shall provide a world class hosting facility for the Gov2Go and AccessGov solution using the highly secure Microsoft Azure platform for Gov2Go and AccessGov. The hosting solution enables highly available, secure hosting environments that leverage the latest technologies for virtualization, service management, system provisioning, and security. The virtual infrastructure supports rapid deployment and system segmentation. Supplier shall provision a segmented network environment for the DHCD applications and supporting infrastructure. Supplier will also deploy a Test/UAT environment that mirrors the production environment. Specifically, Supplier will provide hosting services and ongoing support sufficient for operation and management of the Gov2Go and AccessGov services per the hosting table below. Hosting services include regular maintenance of hardware, support software, and facilities required to VA-190906-VIPN, Change Order No. 4 Page 4 of 5 Contract No. VA-190906-VIPN host the application. Hosting services do not include application development, enhancements to function or design, or other enhancements or services not specifically outlined in this proposal. All auditing, hosting, and reporting requirements of the Contract shall be subject to the availability of such information from the cloud service provider, currently Microsoft Azure. The foregoing is the complete and final expression of the agreement between the parties to modify the SOW and cannot be modified, except by a writing signed by duly authorized representatives of both parties hereto.
